In these past 10 months, it has been beautiful to witness God’s hands continually at work throughout my home church, Christ Fellowship’s 7th location in Miami Springs. It has all come together as Christ mutiples fruitful volunteers in being the hands and feet of Jesus within the communities of North Miami-Dade. The church is not necessarily the building, it is the people and Christ Fellowship Miami Springs has been a replica of the first church found in Acts 2:40-46. As a family, we have grown in the word through our small groups, gathered in family fun days, and served the community. As we have all patiently awaited this moment, in just three Sundays from now the Grand Opening will take place on September 22, 2013. For God to have appointed all of us as instruments to further His kingdom is only something we can all glorify God together in!! Church planting, in fact has been hard work, yet it has been rewarding. There is nothing like knowing God is in full control of every little detail from investing and discipling the flock to bringing people to hear God through His word. I pray for all of us to continue to be a family receiving one another in love and to radiate the light of Christ to a world that so needs Him.
